Online Spam Resolver

The Spamresolve command takes a disguised URL given by a spammer and returns the IP address of the spammers web server. The spammer's encoded URL may look like the following: http://%77%77%77%2E%6D%69%6D%61%6E%65%74%2E%63%6F%6D%2F%73%63%72%69%70%74%73/

Usage: Must be used with a html encoded address like the following:
http://%77%77%77%2E%6D%69%6D%61%6E%65%74%2E%63%6F%6D%2F%73%63%72%69%70%74%73/
